Once we receive your goods we will ensure we let you know and proceed with the return request.

We do inspect all items that leave our workshop thouroughly and would not send anything out that has visible defects or damage. We encourage you to inspect the delivery as soon as you receive it within 24 hours and report to Fusion of any concerns to ensure we have enough claim access if needed.
